Opened in 2019, the SL1 Equinix International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) is our first data center in South Korea, one of the most digitally connected countries in Asia.  Located in the Mapo district of Seoul, SL1 is in close proximity to Seoul’s central business district and the Yeouido financial district and provides 1,785m² (19,214ft²) of colocation space in Phase 1. Forming part of Platform Equinix®, it offers the products, services, and solutions to deploy an Interconnection Oriented Architecture®(IOA®) strategy and connect you to partners and customers in the capital city of South Korea, the 4th largest metropolitan economy globally, and in 52 cities around the world.
