Colocation Through Partner Facilities
Rack space, from 1U to full racks, contracted in the facility that fits your requirements. We deliver, install and support the equipment under one agreement.
IP Transit
IP transit for your equipment, arranged through the same contract and point of contact as your on-site work.
Response-Time SLA
A response time set for each site, with a 4 hour standard incident response and 15 minutes where an engineer is stationed on site. It covers our engineers, not the building.

Engineer time is billed per hour in each market, with a 1 hour minimum per dispatch and 15 minute increments after that.
